Holmes Fitness, LLC was conceived in April of 2006 with the focus of introducing children and young adults from the ages of 6 – 21 to training, fitness, healthy eating and goal setting with the emphasis on having fun and staying dedicated. Our company goals are to introduce health awareness via exercise to children early in their life in order to create a pattern that they can observe and execute throughout their entire life.
Our slogan states “NOW IS THE TIME.” Our knowledgeable and experienced staff will work diligently with your child, and design an individualized and unique exercise regiment, diet and goals that will assist in enhancing his or her confidence, foot work, agility, balance, muscle tone and weight management.
We will discuss the importance on choosing healthy foods to maintain proper health, physically and mentally. Whether your child is a superior athlete, slightly over-weight or simply desires a more active lifestyle, Holmes Fitness, LLC can help you and your family set healthy goals for life and learn the satisfaction derived from attaining them! |
